Mental Health / AODA Clinician

All Area Counseling, a Division of Options Treatment Programs Inc. is seeking a self-motivated and committed Mental Health / AODA Clinician to provide services in our Wautoma location. As a Mental Health / AODA Clinician you will assess, diagnose, and counsel clients in an individual and/or group setting. Clinicians work closely with their clients to develop individualized treatment plans that define long term and short term goals matching the symptoms presented and meeting all requirements outlined by HFS 35/75.
As a Mental Health / AODA Clinician with Options you will document clinical services delivered within 24 hours of seeing clients. You will keep records of client contact and complete any/all authorizations to ensure clinical services are billed in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities include:
maintaining appropriate sized caseload to meet productivity requirements, attending staff meetings for agency communication, clinical staff meetings and trainings, and coordinate services for clients with other community/medical providers.
Qualified candidates will possess excellent assessment skills, a master's degree in counseling or social work, valid State of Wisconsin LPC or LCSW, experience with providing mental health counseling, a valid State of Wisconsin SAC or CSAC, strong computer skills with proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR), and the ability to work as part of a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
